Why did my order arrive in two parcels?

Last updated: 2026-08-20

Some orders are split into two shipments. Common reasons:

  • Size or weight: the items do not fit safely in one box.
  • Different preparation times: if one item is ready and another needs an extra check, we ship the ready one rather than hold everything.
  • Items needing separate protection to avoid damage in transit.

When this happens your orders shows more than one tracking number and each parcel can be followed separately.

You are not charged twice. Shipping is charged per order, not per parcel; the split is our decision and its cost is ours.

On international shipments the two parcels may clear customs separately and arrive days apart — this is normal and does not mean one is lost.

If you only see one tracking number and believe something is missing, follow missing item.
