Can I collect my order in person?

We do not operate a physical shop, and orders cannot be collected from us. Every order ships through a carrier.

Collecting from the carrier

You can collect from the carrier's depot or a pickup point in your country. Two ways:

• Before delivery: once tracking is active, ask the carrier to hold the parcel.
• After a failed attempt: the parcel is normally taken to a local point automatically, and tracking shows where.

Bring identification — the parcel is addressed to you, and collection by another person is subject to the carrier's rules.

Parcels are held for a limited time; uncollected shipments return to us, which on international routes can take weeks. See delivery failed.
