Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order?
We work in mixed cartons, so you are never forced to take a full box of one style. The threshold varies by category and shipping method; we put the exact terms in writing the day your application arrives.
Can I choose the size and colour breakdown?
Yes. You write the order line by line — style, size, colour, quantity. There is no pre-packed assortment you have to accept.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
We issue a proforma invoice against your order list and take payment by bank transfer. Every shipment goes out with a commercial invoice for your accounts.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock lines are picked and dispatched the same day payment clears. For anything that needs producing we give you a written lead time when you place the order, not afterwards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We prepare the export documents and the consignment leaves from Turkey. Import duty and VAT in your country are payable by you as the importer; ask us and we will show an estimate on the proforma.
Can I use your product photos in my listings?
Yes — studio images and product copy come with everything you buy. If you want photography or descriptions written exclusively for your brand, that is a separate service and we will quote it for you.
