Does every tier get the same discount?
No — your discount off our list price grows with your tier: 25% as a Standard Dealer, 35% on XML and likewise 35% when you deposit $5,000 into your account balance (Free Webstore tier) — that tier’s advantage is not a deeper discount but the free, fully automated webstore. Everything you charge above your dealer price is your margin.
Do I need to hold stock?
No. Production and stock stay with us and our partners; we ship every order at your dealer price.
Can I sell on Etsy, Amazon and other marketplaces?
Yes. Dealers sell on their own sites, marketplaces and social channels. The XML feed keeps catalog, prices and stock in sync automatically.
How fast is delivery in Europe?
Typically 3-5 days within the EU and US; we also ship worldwide and handle customs and VAT.
How does the $1,000/year XML account work?
To keep XML access active you deposit $1,000 into your account balance once a year. You can spend the full amount on product purchases throughout the year. If unused by year-end, it is charged as the annual XML service fee.
How does the $5,000 account deposit work?
You deposit $5,000 into your account balance where it sits as credit for product purchases — it is not a fee. Your discount is 35% off list price, and the main perk is a complete webstore free for one year, fully integrated with our catalog so prices and stock stay in sync. Prefer to keep selling on your own site? No problem — your XML integration continues and your discount is still 35%; the free store is an optional bonus, not an obligation.
What happens if I stop ordering for a while?
A dealer account with no purchases for 60-90 days is suspended until the next order. The account is never deleted — it reactivates with your first new order.
Are there returns?
Intimate apparel is not returnable for hygiene reasons; you disclose this to your customers. Defective items are always resolved.
