Where am I allowed to list this range?
Your own store is always the safest home for it, because you set the rules there. Marketplaces and social platforms each have their own policies for this category and those policies change — check the current terms of any platform before you list, and keep the storefront you own as your anchor.
Will other dealers undercut me on the same pieces?
No retail price is imposed on you; the margin is your call. This is a niche range largely of our own design rather than generic imported stock, so it does not sit in the same race to the bottom. If you need a territory or channel arrangement, raise it in your application.
Do I need capital or a commitment?
Not on STD: joining is free, you hold no stock, there is no minimum and no monthly fee. XML and ECOM carry an annual balance you spend on your own product orders; anything left unspent at year end is not refunded. The current figure comes with your application.
Who collects the payment?
You do. Your buyer pays you directly and the money never passes through us. You pay us only the dealer price of the order you forward.
Can I use your photography?
Yes — catalog imagery and descriptions are open to our dealers. Images may not be altered in a way that places another brand's mark on them.
How discreet is the parcel, exactly?
Plain outer packaging with no wording that describes the contents and no adult branding on the label. Packaging under your own brand can be arranged instead.
