Return & Exchange Eligibility:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, just as you received it, and contained within its original packaging. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
1- Please send an email to info@sexyharness.com, including your order number. In this email, specify whether you wish to return or exchange an item, and if exchanging, the details of the product you desire.
2- You must then return the goods via registered or express post, ensuring the package is postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items not received within this timeframe:

Exceptions:
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.
Shipping Charges:
Customers who benefited from our free shipping campaign will be subject to the following shipping charges for exchanges:
$15.00 for America and European countries.
$25.00 for other countries.
In case of exchanging a defective or damaged product, shipping charges will apply as per the standard exchange rates mentioned above.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 work days. The refund will be credited to your designated bank account.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges:
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service for all returns and exchanges. SexyHarness.Com will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit without a tracking number.
Condition of Items:
Items deemed by us to be used, or without their original tags, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
