Do your emails mention the product name?

Order confirmations and invoices must carry the order contents — they are the record of your purchase and include product names.

However:

• Subject lines never use product names. They read "Your order has been received", "Your order has shipped" and similar. A notification preview on your phone does not reveal what you bought.
• Shipping notifications contain tracking information only, not an item list.

If you share an email address

Use an address only you can read. If you need to change the address on an existing order, email [email protected] with your order number.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any marketing message — this does not affect order notifications, which are part of fulfilling your order.
