Who pays for return shipping?

It depends on why the item is coming back.

Our error — we cover it

• Wrong item, wrong size or wrong colour sent
• Faulty or defective item
• Damage in transit
• Missing item

In these cases you are not charged for return or replacement shipping, and we send you the return instructions.

Change of mind — you cover it

If there is nothing wrong with the item, the cost of returning it is yours. On international orders this can be significant, which is another reason to confirm sizing before ordering.

The original shipping charge is refunded only where the whole order is returned under the cooling-off right and the applicable rules require it; a partial return does not refund the shipping line.

Open the request first — the reply tells you how and where to send the parcel. For faulty goods, faulty item is the faster route.
