Support: weekdays 09:00-18:00 (GMT+3). No support is provided at weekends or on Turkish public holidays; messages received then are answered on the next business day.
Preparation: orders placed on a weekday before 14:00 (GMT+3) with approved payment are dispatched the same or the next business day — see dispatch time.
Delivery: set by the carrier in the destination country; Sundays and public holidays are generally excluded (see weekend delivery).
We do not operate a physical shop; all sales are online and every order ships by carrier.
