The harness uses adjustable metal square-loop hardware at multiple connection points — neck, chest, hip, and garter drops — so it can accommodate a bust range of approximately 75-110 cm and a hip range of approximately 80-120 cm. The thigh cage bands adjust independently and fit upper thighs from roughly 45-70 cm circumference. Note: because the strap width is narrow (approx. 1 cm), the harness rests on skin rather than providing compression; if you want a structured, supportive fit, size down for a snugger chest wrap. Material and Care
