Buckles adjust within each labeled size but do not bridge two labels, so anyone between sizes should size up so the chest strap and waist belt close without pulling. Material and care

Every strap is a reflective faux leather over a firm strap core, with no genuine leather anywhere in the set. Wipe the straps with a damp cloth after wear and let them air dry fully before folding the harness away, since packing it away damp can crease the reflective coating. That coating is more delicate than plain faux leather, so keeping the harness away from rough fabric or sharp buckles in a drawer will help the reflective finish last through repeat wear.
