Faux Leather Care

The straps are cut from faux leather with a bonded reflective coating, paired with nickel-free alloy hardware at the rings and buckles. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and skip the washing machine and high heat, both of which can crack the reflective layer over time. Under normal going-out rotation the coating holds its shine well, though repeated friction against denim or a bag strap will dull the reflective finish faster than it would on a plain matte harness.
