Faux Leather Care

The straps are a white reflective faux leather, animal-free and finished with a reflective coating rather than dye, so the color sits on the surface of the strap. Wipe the straps clean with a damp cloth after wear; the reflective coating can dull if machine washed or tumble dried, which is the one trade-off of the finish. Store the harness flat rather than folded to keep the grommets and buckle keepers from creasing the strap material, and keep it away from direct heat sources that could soften the buckle plastic.
